Consultancy to National Highway Authority

Provided Consultancy to National Highway Authority (NHA) at Regional Office Lahore, since Jan 93, to date on following fields of activities:

1. Coordinating and Managing on going major projects in Punjab Region.

2. Scrutinizing / suggesting the remedial measures of day to day design difficulties.

3. Preparation of site investigation report on as required basis.

4. Suggesting the feasibility of a project.

5. Resolving the site exection difficulties.

Development of Army Land in Okara Cantt

Development of Army Land in Okara Cantt, Plantation of trees, ornamental plants, shrubs, and land scaping.

Consultancy to U.N.D.P.

Provided Consultancy to U.N.D.P. (United Nations Development Program) and prepared a feasibility report on adoption of an alternate route / bypass at locations close to Indian Line of Control (Lof C).

Army Housing Scheme Lahore

Land Scaping, tree plantation and Development of Green Patches in Army Housing Scheme Lahore.

Sweihan – Al Saad Road, UAE

Provided project planning and costing services for Sweihan – Al Saad Road project, U.A.E.

M/s HCCL, NHA Projects

Provided Project Management and assistance to M/s HCCL on following major NHA projects.

• Moro to Kotrikabir Additional Carriageway.

• Kotrikabir to Babarlo Additional Carriageway.

Prime Minister Housing Authority ( PMHA )

Provided Project Management System and establishment of the Office for Prime Minister Housing Authority (PMHA) for their “ Mera Ghar ” scheme at Islamabad Prime Minister Secretariat.

Rawalpindi Urban Area Development Project

Designing and Construction Supervision of RUADP ( Rawalpindi Urban Area Development Project ) a National Highway Authority Project. ( 17.5 KM )

IT Based GIS Pilot Project for PTCL

Completed IT Based GIS Pilot Project for PTCL in colleboration with M/s ETSS, of 36,000 lines covering approx 20 SqKm, Gulistan-e-Johar exchange area Karachi.
